Stop looking for easy life

There is a Ghanaian music which says that my mother works day and night and still struggling to have just some vegetables in her sauce, yet my auntie next door does nothing and eats everyday, satisfied and throw away. In the modern world that is the scenario. All of us want easy life, this short cut, this subdue and seize life.
‎The first reading talks about Israel who were scattered because they chose easy life to following the true path of life. Today God gives a second chance, to gather all the nations, all the lost ones, all the lost people of the world, who are in the darkness of material and pleasure filled world. And this put undue hardships on others.
‎The second reading calls on those who carry the world on their shoulders and are not rewarded, to continue the good work, do not give up. Those who meet challenges in the cause of doing right should find strength in the grace of God and not give up. Those in prison, or punished in different ways whether due their faults or their innocence, the word tells us to see it as an opportunity to grow and be strong.
‎The gospel invites us to continue doing good things and be awake at all times, everything is seen by our heavenly Father. Abraham Jacob and Isaac all pass through challenges and tribulations and inherited eternal life. Remember the case of the rich man and Lazarus, it was when he died and was in hell and Lazarus was in heaven, he wished to be in heaven too but it was too late. Let it not be too late for you.
‎There is no need to think that we are running than other people, for the last shall be first. Let us respect one another, it is as simple as that.
‎We pray for all the sick. We remember especially Basia all the way in Poland. May God heal her this day.
